The hotel is in a good location, at the very entrance to the city, but very close to the center. When you check in, you get a paper with all the instructions, the nearest parking lot in the center, recommendations for restaurants, pizzerias, etc. We really appreciated that. The breakfast was varied, excellent croissants, coffee, cocoa. Of the savory items to choose from, there were 2 types of cheese, 2 types of salami, hard-boiled eggs, vegetables (which unfortunately looked dried out and old some mornings), several types of bread, cheese spread, butter, fried bacon, omelette, hot dogs (which also looked dried out sometimes), a very large selection of sweet items and very tasty, lots of marmalade and nutella, various fruits. So you can choose a completely different breakfast every day, which is great. There was always parking on the street and they literally park everywhere. The hotel is comfortable, the children's corner is great for small children, you can always refresh yourself with drinks at the reception and croissants are sometimes available after 10 am. The staff is super kind and friendly. The rooms are large, spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, with a large enough refrigerator. The bathroom with shower, comfortable. The beds are comfortable, you can ask for extra pillows at the reception if you are missing them.

The hotel has had a number of recent improvements, such that many criticisms in old reviews no longer apply. Our room was not affected by external noise and had a smart clean appearance. The cheap and cheerful furniture offered useful storage( 4 drawers in total) such that full unpacking was possible. The beds were new and firm, with normal sheets- not the madness of duvets in the near tropical conditions. Being a budget hotel, only a small bathroom can be expected, but it was not made impractical by some designer’s fad.Shower water stays in its place! There was no foolishness with the air conditioning- it was fully controllable, and not linked to turn off in an unoccupied room via a keycard switch. There were no electronic locks to go wrong, nor self locking traps- just a normal key in an impressively strong firedoor. Breakfast was consistent with the price range, but croissants never ran out (owing to rationing) ,and hot fod was available. Judged by appropriate standards,I could find very little wrong here.

A very nice stay. Clean hotel, delicious breakfast, great coffee. The hotel is not in the very center, which is not a surprise because I knew in advance, you can easily check it on the map. However, for me personally, it's not a problem, you can reach the center in 15 minutes on foot, buses No. 8,9,11 leave from the bus stop in front of the hotel and near the train station which is in the middle of the center. Train connections are excellent, frequent and inexpensive, I visited Ostuni, Monololi, Lecce and Albertobello. The nearest grocery store, eurospar, is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. I felt at home in the hotel and I thank the staff for the warm welcome.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! It’s conveniently located near a bus stop and just a 20-minute walk from the town centre, making it easy to explore the area. The reception staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional — they really made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The communal areas were equally well maintained, creating a relaxed and pleasant environment throughout the hotel. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast, which offered a good selection and was a great way to start the day. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Staff in both the restaurant for breakfast and reception always helpful. Stayed 2 nights in this affordable and quite conveniently located hotel on a main bus route. Reception staff provided info on how to get around. Bus stops are just so near to the hotel. No. 8 bus fare is just 2€ per person in <15mins bringing you to its terminal at the coastal promenade, next to the start of the central town main pedestrian walkway. Bus drivers are extremely polite and helpful with your enquiries. Hotel Also provided info - 1.10€ per person takes you on a waterbus across the water channel to Monument for Italian sailors.
